With no user reviews, it’s not easy to make an at glance decision on juts how good or bad this supplement could be..
Taking an in depth look at the ingredients gives us a better idea….
The largest ingredient by volume is Tribulus Terrestris…although highly common, the scientific facts are that this does not generate any increases in testosterone at all.. it has failed in every single clinical trial to demonstrate any t-boosting effects, it can help to boost libido, but as for muscle building, it simply does not work..
Fenugreek however, is the opposite, it is one ingredient that does work, and is used very successfully to great effect..
Nettle ( Urtica Dioca) is good at reducing estrogen levels which is good when trying to increase testosterone…… as the former restricts the production of the latter.
Rhodiola and Saw Palmetto are two common ingredients, but they are possibly more suited to libido boosting rather than building muscle…. Neither have any documented t-boosting effects, Saw Palmetto can help control DHT ( a precursor to male pattern baldness in men with a tendency to the problem) and Rhodiola can work alongside nettle to control Estrogen.
All in all… this does offer some benefits, but overall as a muscle booster, its not that great..
We respectfully suggest that you look elsewhere.
