Meet The Team

My name is Paul Gardner and I am the owner, editor and senior writer for toptestosteroneboosters.co.uk.

I am 58, currently live just north of London.

I have always had a real passion for sports and exercise, in my youth I used to swim competitively, representing my county both at home and abroad. I am also a keen tennis player and visit the gym regularly.

I have a CPD accreditation in Sports Nutrition, and have many of my articles published, both online and in popular publications.

I have always marvelled at the way the body responds to exercise, and just how hormones, particularly testosterone and growth hormone play such a crucial part in our fitness, and overall health.

The purpose behind this website is to give you research based information on testosterone itself, how it works in the body, also to get under the hood of popular T-boosting supplements, reviewing them independently, giving you my honest opinion about their formulas and overall effectiveness.

Ryan Crawley

Ryan Crawley is a fitness expert with over 20 years in the health industry.

He also has his Masters degree in Education, and enjoys educating others on how to improve their own health and fitness while also keeping it interesting along the way.

His articles have been published in numerous sports magazines.

Ryan resides in Illinois with his medical doctor wife and two loving dogs Flair and Smoosh.

Liam Brown

A qualified personal trainer, Liam studied Bsc Sports Science at university.

He loves anything sports related, he works out, cycles, swims and regularly take part in triathlons and his favourite event- Tuff Mudder.

He particularly enjoys developing and writing both workout and nutritional programs that will suit his various clients needs.
